For Error-Free CNC

CNC grinders use a rotating grinding wheel to cut into materials. Grinders are fully automated during the loading and unloading process. These CNC machines do not require an operator, although limited supervision is, of course, required. The automation with these machines limits the chance of human error.

Grinding machines can produce large quantities of materials for various operations. They are highly accurate and can be programmed to produce precise cuts and finishes

These industrial grinding machines can also process hard materials, like steel, and brittle materials, like glass. Each machine consists of spindle components, a feeding unit, wheel/head/tail frames, a work table, a bed body, and a column.

Find Your Fit

We have several types of CNC grinders, including belt grinders, cylindrical grinders, bend grinders, and used surface grinders.

  • Belt grinder: A belt grinder uses coated abrasive metals and other materials to finish, deburr, and/or remove stock.
  • Cylindrical grinder: A used cylindrical grinder has no center and is used for grinding rotating material.
  • Bench grinder: A bench grinder usually has two different grinding wheels. One wheel removes material and the other finishes. The wheels are secured to a workbench, hence the name.
  • Surface grinder: Surface grinders have an abrasive wheel, a rotary table, and a chuck. The chuck holds the material while the wheel is rotated to produce a smooth finish.
  • I.D. / O.D. grinder: An ID CNC grinder is a machine that produces internal grinding to smooth rough edges, increase precision, or make an object more aesthetically pleasing. An OD grinder also uses abrasive wheels to remove material from the outside of an object until it meets the desired specifications.
